DX-590 is an unleaded, high efficient and multi-functional PVC stabilizer which possesses high efficient, long term stability and good early color stability.

Excellent ductility and low-temperature impact strength retention of PVC pipe provided by the multi-functional compound. The pipe is clear, white, delicate and fine with good early color stability. The wide rang of processing is especially suitable for double-screw extrusion. The good balance of internal and external lubrication makes the operating formula simpler and more convenient. Granule appearance is applied to the production of automatic machine of mixing materials.

Product properties 

Stability: It can be used to produce PVC pipe with big caliber owing to the good heat stability.

Process: The excellent high-temperature color stability and long-term dynamic stability provided by DX-181. Without fouling, the time of cleaning equipment is shortened. Granule product is more suitable for automatic system for mixing materials and multi-functional compound performance make the formula simpler and more convenient.

Amount: on the same condition, the amount of DX-590 is 10% less than that of calcium and zinc compound stabilizer but they can achieve the same effect. And it can replace lead salt compound stabilizer with the same amount in pipe extrusion.

Safety: The product is high efficient and environment-friendly without any heavy metal.

User notice

Package:       the product is packed into paper bag with inner plastic bag, and the net weight is 25kg.

Transportation:   The product is the heat stabilizer for processing PVC, and it is non-flammable and non-explosive.

Storage:        The product should be stored in cool and dry place and should be sealed immediately after use.

Safety:         Avoid any contact with mouth or eyes.

Note:          The product contains sulfur. When it is mix-used with lead salt stabilizer, the product produced with the two stabilizers will become grey black. In order to maintain white, it shouldn’t be mixed.
